How much will my project cost?

While every project differs in scope, typically we have a 4-21 day turnaround time. There are many factors that can affect this timeframe, such as your availability and response time as well as our current workload.

There are quite a few factors that are going to affect the ultimate cost of your website. These factors include how many pages you are going to have, how interactive your future website will become. Can I choose you to design my site and use my own web hosting?

Yes, you can use any web host you like. Once your website has been completed, you will have to provide us with your web hosting FTP login username and password, so that we can upload your website to your hosting server. The upload process will only take place once payment in full has being received.

What is web hosting?

Web hosting is a monthly fee that you pay to the company hosting your website to have your site accessible on the Internet. We provide web hosting to all our clients and if you choose to host with us, we maintain and keep your website accessible online.

How do I edit my website after you have designed it?

We use out of the ordinary website design software. You will be able to download all website files from your FTP account only if the website is paid in full. You require website design software to update content on the downloaded pages. Should you require us to update your web pages designed by us, you only need to provide us with your FTP account details and we update the page content as required at an hourly fee of R150.00. If you host with us it would then be Free of charge.

Do you have any completed websites I can look at?

What is your preferred payment procedure?

Most of our clients pay us 100% up front. However, if required we will make the exception of excepting 50% up front and 50% when we are complete. We are also open to make arrangements that suits your situation.

What are the payment options?

All our payments are processed by EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer). After accepting our quotation you will find our banking details on the quotation which you will need to use to make a payment, so that we can start your website design

Where do I start?

Submit a Quotation Request for your new project. We will get back to you with a quotation suited to your requirements. From there payment will be required to start your website design. As soon as payment is received, the designer will get in touch with you via email or phone and guide you step by step up to the point to completing your website design. There is no need for meetings as everything can be handled professionally over email and phone, we have done it in the past and will continue with it in the future.

Will my website Include SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)?

To appear on Google can Not be guaranteed. Google has its own way of indexing a website and will rank your website as it feels. We will try our very best to get your website ranked on Google as required. SEO will not be included and requires payment for each page of your website individually. However, we will optimise your website with Basic SEO services.

Do you provide online marketing for the website?

We do provide online marketing for the website if required at a fee of R250.00

We will make sure that your website is advertised on Google Adwords for your selected keywords. To advertise your website on Google, you will be required to Pay Per Click which is called PPC. You are required to set up a minimum budget of R500.00 and we will make sure that your R500.00 will be used for advertising over a period of 30 days during business hours for your selected keywords.
